As someone who uses this tool every day, I benefit from real-time monitoring and traceability and I find that its implementation is easy for professionals in daily use.

Regarding the iOS variant, I am forced to access it via the web interface which I find nonfunctional and prevents practical operation.

I find the application very fast and easy to use, providing me with a very agile way to manage and exercise precise control over routing operations, which greatly aligns my workflow.

Perhaps my only caveat and it is not a major issue, concerns the implementation and integration of the customer database which could use some refinement to better meet my needs.

Appreciate how much time I save and how easy it is to import routes from an Excel spreadsheet and I also value being able to adjust the sequence of stops on the fly in real time.

As an administrator, I would like a dedicated mobile app in addition to the driver-facing application because having admin-level access on my phone would greatly improve management flexibility and responsiveness.

I love being able to monitor the status of our delivery routes in real time enables me to immediately see where shipments are and also to dynamically optimize the routes according to evolving needs and ad hoc changes that occur during operations.

Since we first rolled it out, I have seen the Logistiko team consistently attend to our requirements and tailor optimizations specifically for our workflows and honestly I cannot find any legitimate criticisms of the software right now because it adapts comprehensively to the needs of every kind of client.
