Team that truly delivers

Pros

The MotionTools team was so supportive to us from the initial sales process all the way through product testing and rollout. Thanks to them, the entire process became smooth and quick.

Cons

Our experience has been great so far. Even though we are using it differently than it was originally designed for, still it is working fine for us.

Simplify logistics workflow

Pros

I really like the design, as not only is it modern but functional and really easy to work with.

Cons

We needed some customizations and app-specific tweaks, so we had to wait a few months until everything was fully functional for us. But so far, nothing major happened or there is nothing we count as a con.

Excellent help and customization options

Pros

The auto-merge feature works the best for us and really boosts our operational efficiency. Also the support team is quite quick to respond. whenever we contact them and always focuses on finding solutions. It also give us an option for customization. So, if you need something specific as per your business, request it and the team will implement it for you quickly.

Cons

The location of the rider never updates instantly mainly they are using the underground train (U-Bahn) or have a weak connection. We brought this up with MotionTools support, but it looks like this is not something the tool can fix. As it is more of a network issue that might persist until U-Bahn connectivity improves.

Reliable and packed with useful features

Pros

Delivery is a key part of our business, and MotionTools fits in perfectly with our modular setup. It offers high uptime, seamless integration, modern APIs and fast webhooks. It is a platform that is built for everyone, be it developers, admins and drivers. The documentation is solid for developers, the dashboard is easy to use for internal teams and the option to white-label the driver app makes it feel like a natural part of our business. On top of that, the MotionTools team has been fantastic partners, always quick to respond and very helpful with any requests.

Cons

Even though it is easy to use but I feel like dashboard could be even simpler to use, and the stacking logic could be more advanced. That said, it is already one of the best out there, so any improvements would just build on an already strong system.

The best for last-mile delivery partnership

Pros

As a quick commerce company, working with MotionTools has been a great experience. Setting up hubs and service areas is quick and simple now and managing drivers, bookings and tours is also not a problem anymore. Plus its user interface is clean and basic, which allows everyone in our team to use it easily.

Cons

Tracking stacked orders could be better, but the best thing is that they are already working with us to improve this, so it's heading in the right direction.
