I really didn't like the platform at all. It just wasn't easy to use.
Cons
It wasn't user-friendly at all and felt unnecessarily complicated to navigate. It made the entire experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

“Misleading trial & difficult cancellation

Honestly, if I could go back, I wouldn't have signed up or continued using it.
Cons
My experience was an absolute nightmare. I signed up for what was advertised as a two-month trial, but it turned out to be misleading. When I tried to cancel within the trial period, customer support was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed confused by their own policies. It felt like they either had no idea what they were doing or were intentionally making cancellation difficult. The whole process felt deceptive and frustrating.

Pros
The salesperson I started with was really great but unfortunately they didn't stay with the company for long.
Cons
The call center and software are a complete disaster. The staff seems poorly trained, with high turnover and basic details like getting my business name right, are often messed up. Their sales team isn't convincing and the software itself is glitchy and unreliable, especially with quote calculations. Customer support is virtually nonexistent.

“Unclear contract terms
Pros
When you first sign up, it feels like they promise you everything and make it seem like you can cancel anytime but the contract terms aren't as clear or flexible as they first appear.
Cons
They weren't honest about the contract, it felt like a scam. They made it seem like I was only committing to two months but locked me into a full year.

Cons

Pros
The product does make us look more professional and customers love getting clean, branded estimates. But we had to switch to their payment system which uses an older gateway that makes it hard to track our money clearly.
Cons
There are a few things that could be easier to use and it doesn't perfectly match our existing workflow. But I'm sticking with it because the company seems responsive to feedback and willing to improve. Their customer service listens and tries to fix issues.

I love how everything is personalized for my company. Going completely digital lets me manage my trucks and teams super efficiently and the whole system looks very professional. I also really appreciate how easy it is to change amounts to fit what we quote our customers.

The software is really easy to use day-to-day, especially for creating estimates and handling dispatch. I especially like that I can track all my business numbers, from sales and estimates to actual results, and keep all that important information in one place
Cons
it would be great to have more integrations and ways to customize things. This might just be me still learning the software rather than a real issue. For example, I�d love an 'add custom item' button in the inventory section for unusual items. It would also be helpful if the client's contact info showed up on the Account Data page for quick reference when calling. One more thing: it would be nice to manually send follow-up emails that aren't part of the automated system

Putting together moving estimates is integrated pretty well and their pricing modeling is decent. For the most part, the customer support and training have been really useful.
Cons
The developers, managers and owners originally promised they could adapt the software to fit our specific needs and industry practices. But in reality, they stuck rigidly to their own way of doing things and weren't able to adjust the software the way we needed. Another concern is that they take control of your business leads as part of their �program,� which isn't ideal.

It lets us go almost completely paperless which is great. You can tell it was well thought out from every angle, the salesperson, the customer and the crew members all benefit.
Cons
Some tasks, like importing leads or adjusting certain fields, require help from the support team. The good news is that the help team is super quick to respond whenever we have questions.

We absolutely love Move It Pro! It makes running a moving company so much simpler. The staff is incredible to work with. They made our transition smooth and was there for us every step of the way. For me, the software feels modern and is easy to use. Out of all the platforms I looked into, this was the most user-friendly and intuitive by far.
Cons
I have very few issues with the product. My only small gripe is that the ADMIN dropdown doesn't stay in place while you're working because you have to click back into it every time, and since it's the tab I use most, that gets repetitive.

It's very user-friendly and the communication with the help center is nothing short of phenomenal.

If you need to make any edits to a booked move, it unbooks the move and you have to reenter everything. That's really the only thing I don't like.

I like that most features are easy to find and figure out, it didn't take long to get the hang of things.
Cons
I wish the follow-up date was easier to see on a customer's estimate. I also don't like that we have to fully book a move, even for two or more days, when we're just trying to send a simple, clear estimate breakdown.
