Pros
It is super customizable. I can literally take any paper form I've got lying around the office and turn it into a digital version that's fillable and searchable. It makes life way easier and saves me from digging through piles of paperwork.
Cons
Getting things set up was a bit rough at first just because of all the customization we needed. But now that we're further along, everything's been running a lot smoother.

“Efficient system”
Pros
Nektar helped our company make the full switch from paper to completely paperless for a bunch of our systems. Since we started using it, tracking data has been way easier and way more efficient. It's really changed the way we manage things.
Cons
It took a little time for some of our older team members to get used to the new system. It was a big change in how we did things but they eventually got the hang of it.

“I'd totally recommend”
Pros
We use this system for all our safety paperwork and I love it. All our documents are stored in one place and super easy to get to, no matter where you are. Sending them to clients is just a click with the email feature. You can even pull up stuff from way back if you need to. What's cool is that the forms look just like our old paper ones, so the switch felt natural. The developers actually listen to what you need and build it how you want it. If you're thinking about going paperless, It is a solid choice and really easy to use.
Cons
Sometimes the load times were a bit slow and we did run into a few bugs here and there. But the good thing is every time we reported an issue, the support team jumped on it and got things fixed pretty quickly.

Pros
I find the ability to customize reporting tasks really helpful. Their customer service is super friendly and I love that it helps us go completely paperless. That alone has made a big difference.
Cons
Honestly my only regret is that we didn't take advantage of more of the features earlier on. There's a lot it can do and we didn't tap into that right away.

It is really easy to use and has awesome customization options. I also like that it gives us real-time data, so everything's up to date. And honestly, their customer service is top-notch always helpful and quick to respond.
Cons
Back in the day, It didn't work with Android devices, which was a pain but that's not an issue anymore. It's fully compatible now and works great.

Once we got everything set up, we could instantly access all our field techs' info from anywhere in the world. It's been a game changer for staying on top of everything while on the go.
Cons
Setting everything up was definitely technical and took some effort but once it was all in place, it's been really easy to use. It's one of those things where the hard part is just the beginning.

Pros
The team at Nektar actually took the time to learn about our specific needs and then built the software around that. Now we use it for everything, rental agreements, payroll, tracking service work, you name it. We're able to collect data across multiple parts of the business through just one simple task. It saves us a ton of time and really improves how accurate everything is.
Cons
One thing we'd really like to see is the ability to upload a PDF or other file (besides just a photo) from a mobile device when logging a task. There are a few workarounds we've been using but it would make life a lot easier for our field techs if that feature was built in.

Since it's internet-based, we're kind of at the mercy of our connection. If the internet's down or slow, there's not much we can do until it's back up.
