Has advanced AI

Pros

Having the left and right side facing cameras in a single unit is a really great feature as it helped us a lot in different situations.

Cons

Had a few issues with client services, but nothing bad enough to leave a negative review. I think their customer support is offshore, which made communication a bit tricky at times. Also the GPD wasn't as advanced as we expected.

Pros

The security and convenience this system offers are definitely a big plus for me.

Cons

It was not always accurate and often gave our drivers many false alerts, which led to unfair bad scores.

Expected better

Pros

The driver grading system is pretty useful, even though it is not always 100% accurate. Plus the alerts are a great added feature too.

Cons

I cannot view cameras in real-time and they need to be replaced way too often. And returning malfunctioning units is a real headache as the process is confusing and difficult. Honestly, I would be completely frustrated with the product if it were not for our rep.

Has some issues but pros take over!

Pros

We love the Greenzone scoring. Our drivers get it, our Driver Managers get it and we all use it to coach drivers on their scores. And the best part is that drivers compete to improve their scores. So what better motivation than being a safer driver?

Cons

Not being able to reject multiple alerts at once is quite annoying. A lot of speed violations are incorrect and fixing them takes forever, which messes up our drivers Greenzone scores. We have to constantly push the Support team to remove invalid speed alerts across the fleet, and it is quite a hassle.

Making a real difference

Pros

The biggest advantage of the Netradyne system is how much it lets us see and share. The Driver-i partner app is amazing for drivers because it creates complete transparency between them and the company. Plus drivers can see exactly where they need to improve and actually take action. We have seen drivers improve their scores and driving habits by up to 200% just by engaging with the app. The AI tech is also quite accurate, providing really useful videos for coaching and improving driving behavior. We even use the recorded videos in orientation and safety training. Plus, the image clarity has been a lifesaver when we needed it most.

Cons

The biggest problem with Netradyne is how they handle support for issues. This is definitely an area that needs improvement. Faster and more effective solutions would make a big difference. Sometimes, responses take too long and do not really fix our problem. On the bright side, the front-line Customer Success Managers are great as they help us learn the system and solve most issues. But the back-end support needs serious work.

Pros

It is easy to use and has the best technology, which are the biggest reasons we love it.

Cons

Well the RMA process takes way too much time and it is a bit of a pain to deal with, honestly.

I like it!

Pros

The information and feedback I get are very helpful. Also GreenZone scores and alerts make it easy to coach my drivers and improve safety.

Cons

Compared to other telematics platforms I use, the reporting and analytics in Netradyne aren't as clean or user friendly.

Works well for us

Pros

Real-time video access and driver score tracking features are proven highly beneficial for us. As it allows us to see what is happening and when it is happening.

Cons

Not being able to export data is a major drawback, and I also feel like tier 1 support could definitely be better.
