The simplicity of the platform stood out and the support team has been incredibly responsive. I've only run into one major issue with the application and they identified it quickly and walked me through every step to resolve it.

At this point, I don't have anything negative to say. It's a really helpful program for keeping everything organized and making information quick to access.

For us the greatest advantage has been the level of customization and flexibility it offers along with being able to work closely with the nuVizz team to improve the product so it fits our organization's needs as well as possible.

Updates can occasionally have unintended side effects. At times fixing one issue ends up creating another problem somewhere else.

One of the biggest strengths in my opinion is its versatility. The system can be adjusted and improved to match what my company actually needs.

Every now and then the program logs me out without warning and I have to sign back in again.
