Pros

The category tabs stood out to me and having so many options available on the main screen makes the software really convenient to work with.

Cons

Filtering could be better. It would help a lot if the filters offered more than just two choices when trying to remove unwanted information.

Pros

Across the planning team, the system gets a lot of positive feedback because it's very interactive and the screens are easy to work with. The output is useful for many different departments across the organization, not just planning. The "virtual costs" feature is especially helpful when I want to prioritize either distance or labor hours. The map functions and Truck Visibility in SAP work really well as validation tools too. Another plus is that SAP customization is handled differently than in SPRO so changes can be made without needing a SAP administrator. It also doesn't require much hardware to get everything implemented.

Cons

Quite a few moving parts in the parameter setup and part of that complexity also comes from SAP itself. Some route-related parameters can't be adjusted on the fly within a plan so they need to be set before daily planning starts. Also because the results are generated through iterations, you can sometimes end up with different outcomes even when using the exact same cases, customers and parameters.

Pros

It lets us handle both scheduled and unscheduled work without much trouble.

Cons

Adding extra notes feels very limiting and I have to keep multiple browser windows open for each work area.
