“Solid tool
Pros
This is honestly the best software I've used, I really like how all the field boxes are super easy to read and use. It just makes everything smoother and quicker.
Cons
I'd like to see some updates like being able to change pickup times more easily and having totals added in for cleared out tickets. That would make things a lot more convenient.

“Gets things done quickly
Pros
I really like how easy it is to read and get around the field boxes. Everything's laid out in a way that just makes sense and works well for me.
Cons
One thing that could really help is making it easier to adjust pickup times and include totals for the tickets that have been cleared. Just a couple of tweaks that'd improve the experience.

“Love it just needs some polish
Pros
It has been a really easy and solid product to use. When my company first made the switch, we picked it up fast without much trouble. I don't have many complaints and I actually enjoy using it every day.
Cons
There are a few things I think could be improved, especially when it comes to the look of the software. If the graphic design was a bit nicer, it would be way more enjoyable to use.
