“Simply perfect!
Pros
Quartix is really easy to use. Also we get the best support from our account manager and it allows us to add unlimited vehicles. It definitely offers great value for the money.
Cons
No complaints at all. Everything works just fine for us.

“Customer support lacks global coverage
Pros
Love that it is Plug and Play. No complicated setup, just works right away. Also we did not have to spend a lot of time learning it.
Cons
The emailed reports show up days late and customer service is terrible. The people answering the phones don't seem to know much about the software. They always say, We will write a report and get back to you, but meanwhile my billing department is stuck waiting. Also the British accent and unfamiliar terminology make it even harder to communicate. Plus, their business hours do not match up well with ours in the States.

“A reliable product with great features
Pros
Setting it up and rollout was a simple task. We installed and boom, it was all set to go. Plus adding users and groups is also simple. Overall, it is a great product with great value.
Cons
It would be great if we could manually set up and manage geofences along with notifications. Also the home screen should automatically default to live view.

Pros
It works fine for the most part but the bad tech support really overshadows any positives it has.
Cons
Since they are based in Europe, getting tech support is nearly impossible. They don't answer the phone and there is zero responsiveness until unless you are canceling, then they are quick to hit you with a fee.

“I like its GPS
Pros
Everything about it is easy. Installing the units is simple and the app lets me instantly see where all my employees are. Customer service is also fantastic. They always respond within a day. Plus, the price was the best compared to other GPS services I checked out.
Cons
I feel like the online platform could be more user-friendly. Also whenever I log in to rename vehicles or change settings, it feels a bit outdated and basic. That said, it is still easy to use, so it is more of a suggestion than a complaint.

Pros
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I can track my fleet vehicles and run activity reports easily. Also the interface on both PC and mobile is user-friendly.
Cons
If it provides more integrations, it would be nice. As for now, I only know about fuel card and dashcam integrations. Also it would be great if it worked with Microsoft Teams for alerts or user status updates.

“Fleet tracking made easy
Pros
Quartix is very easy to integrate and add vehicles. It has all the tracking features we need and being able to group vehicles by department is a huge help. Our old software couldn't do that.
Cons
User management is not as basic as it should be. We had to call Support just to add extra users. Other than that, everything's great.

Quartix is a budget-friendly GPS tracking that covers all the basics for the price. Overall it gets the job done for us without breaking the bank.
Cons
When the ignition is running, it logs multiple entries at the same address, making it hard for us to track when a vehicle actually leaves and arrives at the next stop.
