The features are so simple and easy to set up. Plus training our warehouse operators on the tool was simple and it quickly integrated with our in-house systems for automated order processing. And the handheld solution for pickers was especially helpful and made operations run more efficiently.

Cons

I feel it would be great to have plugins that allow integration with other third-party automation software.
