Having everything in one place makes the whole process really convenient. There's no need to rely on an agent, you can use it whenever you want and the platform is very simple to navigate.

Since its a cloud-based service, it keeps getting regular updates and improvements which makes the platform feel dependable and well maintained. The team behind it also comes across as professional and knowledgeable.

Actually the automatic email notifications sent to customers still seem to be a work in progress and aren't fully complete yet.

Pros

Being cloud-based gives the software a lot of flexibility so it can be adapted to fit your needs really well. It also lets us generate the exact reports our Management Board requires now.

Cons

The cost is a little on the higher side but we've been able to make it work.
