Pros

RoadWarrior app has proven to be the best for us. It is easy to use, modify and manage. We had a small issue when getting started, but a quick message to support resolved this issue too. They guided me instantly. So huge kudos to the support team.

Cons

It makes our job so much simpler and less stressful. There are multiple stops we have to focus on and it helps us map out the best route without wasting time going in circles.

Pros

Most free route planners limit the number of stops, but I run routes with hundreds. RoadWarrior app not only handles that but also looks great and is easy to navigate. Once I had a moment of panic when I accidentally deleted a route but customer support responded within minutes and walked me through the process of restoring it. All this saved me a lot of stress and time.

Cons

One thing I wish for is to be able to enter the number of stops I plan to make each day (since it varies) and see within the app which day of the week I'll be visiting a specific customer. Also, a search feature to find customers by name would be very helpful, especially when dealing with routes over 100 stops, instead of manually scanning the list.

GPS tracking requires installing another app. I feel like it would be much better if it were built-in.

It is packed with great features, and is also quite affordable for those who can't invest a lot. Also I found it the best for planning multiple routes with a focus on logistics.

The free version is limited, making it hard for any user to fully test its capabilities as it even allows fewer stops than Google Maps.
