“very easy to use with great value

Pros

I absolutely love this software!! It's super easy to learn and I can easily track and manage all my shipments and deliveries. It's a great value for the price especially when compared to other software out there.

Cons

Honestly there's not much bad to say about this software. Just keep improving it so we can keep benefiting from all the new features and updates.

“good tracking features but needs better support

Pros

The drag-and-drop feature for uploading paperwork is awesome! I can easily see the revenue and cost margins for each order and the order status is color-coded which makes it so much easier to track everything. The filters for reporting are super simple to use too.

Cons

Customer service was pretty slow to respond when I had issues and needed customizations. The divisions didn't default so we had to reclass at the end of the month. I also had to manually export everything to another accounting system for most of the reporting.

“interface is clicky

Pros

Interface is really clear and easy to read which makes using the software a very easy and smooth for me.

Cons

It takes a lot of clicks to move through the screens and some of the reports were actually incorrect which was frustrating.

Honestly I did not like anything about this invoicing software. It just made things worse by requiring us to enter the same details over and over to create similar invoices which really added to our workload.

invoicing process is incredibly smooth and so easy to use which I really appreciate. from start to finish, everything flows easily and I can quickly generate invoices without any trouble.

there are some features that are not working right now but I have already reached out to support to get them fixed.

It's really easy to use and set up which makes everything a lot more convenient. The layout is organized so I can easily find whatever I need when I need it.

I like the free training they offer and the free account until you start building customers and revenue. It's a nice way to get started.

Nothing at all! it is perfect. All the products are great but this was was the best choice for me.

RoseRocket team is amazing... They are super helpful and genuinely want their product to succeed. it has helped us get our business off the ground and their pricing is pretty competitive too.

the ease of use could definitely be improved since the current model of RoseRocket feels like it's a 'one size fits all.' But I know they are working on making the software more adaptable to each user's needs and business model so thats a plus.

porting feature from our Lumber system saved us from manually entering 250 loads every week which is such a time-saver.

Real-time updates are slow when something is added and when checking reports which can be annoying.

The ease of use and accessibility are definitely the standout features for me with it. It makes everything a lot easier to manage.

Cons

Data reporting is nice right out of the box but there are many reports that companies would want to adjust or build themselves to better fit their needs. Once they allow individual users to build their own reports it'll make the data much easier to work with.
