Additionally, the option to add custom data is a huge advantage for our business, as we often need to create files with specific run data. The feature manager allows us to select the specific add-ons we require. I must mention that Route4Me's support staff is exceptional; they always resolve any issues promptly.
Cons
We remove routes on a weekly basis for general housekeeping, and this makes the Dashboard irrelevant as we can't track our long-term progress. This might be an internal issue rather than a problem with Route4Me, as there's likely API functionality that could be used to export data into a local dashboard on a weekly basis.
