Every morning, we use it to organize our delivery team routes and allocate workloads. There's no need to stress about determining the best routes or assigning tasks because it's automated.

Compared to other applications in the market, it's cost is a bit too high and the pricing is only in USD, which makes it even more expensive in our country.

Everything is easy to understand and getting started with Route4Me was not a hassle. In the past, we used to set up routes based on the closest existing stop. However, this system has shown us that it's not always the most optimal approach. In some cases, more linear routes can be more effective.

I can't think of any cons at the moment. Like with any new software, there is a learning curve, but it's expected.

Route4Me is user-friendly, allowing for daily routing and easy setup and adjustment of routes once they're established.

As of now, I haven't found any negative aspects of the app. I primarily use Route4Me for routing which works great.

The support team is highly knowledgeable and quick in their responses. If they can't answer a question, they quickly escalate it to the subject matter experts, and the team always gets back to us within 24 hours.

I find the tool extremely useful. It allows me to input addresses or store numbers without any issues. Since I sell to the Walmart chain, it's crucial to have accurate directions and I've never faced any problems in that regard. The tool also keeps me informed about accidents, tools, and speed traps, and I can easily avoid toll roads if needed.

When I initially started using the app, it was easy to pick up. However, there are occasional changes that require some experimentation to understand how to use them.

Creating routes from the address book is quite a simple task. I find it very helpful to move locations between routes in the route maps. However, if the dates for the route are different, it becomes a bit more complicated as the dates need to align. When using the same routes daily, it's important to ensure that the dates are lined up. Uploading addresses through spreadsheets is a simple process.

When creating multiple driver routes for large areas, there are instances where multiple routes are assigned to the same locations, resulting in inefficiency. To make adjustments to the address/alias, the address book and each route location need to be updated individually. It would be more convenient if updates in the address book reflected changes in all routed stops for a location. Sometimes, the search bar requires specific input to quickly access information.

Pros

The interface of the route maps allows me to view multiple routes and easily swap calls for optimization. Another great feature is the ability to group services by day in the address book, which helps in creating new routes.

Cons

The automatic system route optimization function could be improved, especially in high-density areas. Manual adjustments are often necessary after optimization for multiple routes.

One of the things I love about it is the ability to attach pictures and notes for every address.

The optimization feature is consistently inaccurate, which is why I have stopped using it.

The route optimization is fantastic, and the dashboard and data capture features are excellent. The best part is that the offered features are well thought out, rather than being added as an afterthought. However, above all, the customer support is unparalleled. I've never experienced such responsiveness and assistance from any other service provider. Route4Me's support team is always available, and if anything critical goes wrong, they can resolve the issue almost immediately. I can't recommend them highly enough!

If I had the option, it would be great to have a larger database of traffic data specifically for Australia to improve ETAs. Utilizing existing databases instead of creating them internally over time might be more helpful.

One of the things I really like is how smoothly and easily I can rearrange and move stops between routes.

The pop-ups at the bottom of the screen (updates) are quite bothersome; they obstruct the view, and there's no way to disable them. Additionally, the small map becomes difficult to see when there are more than six routes, almost disappearing when trying to move calls between routes.

We rely on it every day to optimize the routes of our 10 trucks and track their progress. Having proof of deliveries online is a great feature.

I wish there was an option to reset territories.
