“fast routing and simple navigation”

Pros

Our team needed a routing tool that employees could pick up quickly and this turned out to be exactly what we needed. The layout is simple, it's easy to navigate and everything works fast.

Cons

We run a mixed fleet, with most of our vehicles being straight trucks around 12'6" tall. An alert or indicator for low bridges would really help since that would make route planning much better for us.

“excellent tool for route optimization”

Pros

After working with several mapping platforms over the past year, RouteSavvy really sets itself apart for a few key reasons. Being able to include multiple returns to the yard or warehouse within a single route is incredibly useful to us. It's also very helpful that large routes can be split into smaller, more manageable sections. On top of that features like building territories, creating master maps and assigning custom icons make the software feel distinctive and versatile.

Cons

The limitations on the free 14-day trial makes it hard for potential users like us to fully understand what it can really do.

“route optimization with map-based stop assignment”

Pros

Route optimization has been a huge help for us. Being able to split and assign stops into different routes directly on the map works really well for the way we operate.

Cons

I'd love to see an API so we can send stops straight into the Route Savvy website instead of exporting from our software to a CSV and then importing it into Route Savvy.

“fantastic value for daily routing”

Pros

It's very user-friendly and one of the things we appreciate most is how much value it delivers for the price. At this point it has become a key part of our daily operations and something we rely on consistently.

Cons

If I had to mention a small thing that would be nice to have it would be 24/7 support. Everything else is good.

“excel import works well”

Pros

Using the import/export tool through Excel makes the whole process much simpler. The software is easy to use and has a user-friendly feel overall.

Cons

It's missing a mobile app to support the software. In my opinion it would also be useful if it could verify the addresses entered so users don't end up visiting locations that have closed or moved.
