“Very user friendly

Pros

Its very user friendly and I can log in from all sorts of devices. I've been booking shuttles that send me texts while I am not at the store. I find it very helpful.

Cons

Drivers miss other locations when they only pick one store. It would be great to group them together for easier viewing.

I have found it to be really easy to use and their team takes very little time to respond to you.

One of the main reasons we got this was to receive reports and we are not getting them.

Pros

I can create rides for customers with just a couple of clicks and I can also track our drivers. Efficient and convenient!

Cons

It would be helpful to access the history by address rather than just by the customer's name.

The best part is that we dont have to depend on one person with pen and paper and everyone can share the dispatch jobs and see whats coming up in real time.

Cons

It's a bit inconvenient not being able to text the driver directly from the software.

Shuttle Control helps us schedule customer pickups and drop offs. Its really straightforward and tracking the shuttle to estimate arrival time is super helpful.

All my issues were resolved immediately by their team so no complaints here.
