Pros
I love that the cams and driver dashboards give me a clear insight into what is happening.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the video storage on the cameras is limited to just 72 hours, which means I cannot go back and see footage from weeks ago. It feels like restriction.

Pros
My favorite part of Tenna is being able to set up and manage preventative maintenance, even handling all the incoming maintenance requests. All that in one place.
Cons
I really wish there was a better calendar view to help me manage the mechanics schedule.

It is a really good product packed with many great features that have proven helpful to us.
Cons
Tenna software upfront implementation cost is way too high. While working with them, I came to the conclusion they charge you for everything.

Pros
The fact that I can see where all our equipment is at any time really gives me peace of mind. Also it helps with our scheduling, tracking hours, mileage and receiving maintenance alerts. In short Tenna keeps all our assets organized on one platform.
Cons
While the filters are useful, it would be great if when viewing all inventory without filters, the assets were grouped into dropdowns by category or fleet ID with the option to hide them. Also, being able to edit assets inline instead of one at a time is something I am looking for.

“Awesome software that lets you see a bigger picture
Pros
Tenna software is very easy to use and it gives me all the good info I need. Plus their staff is really helpful.
Cons
The price of the software is really high for no reason. Like I am charged for every extra report. Plus, some of the reports are so difficult to use that I end up running multiple ones just to get the info I need.

The customer services Tenna offers are truly exceptional excellent. Like even after the sale, they were there to assist us, whenever we contacted them. Also the app is user-friendly and the reporting features and resource management tools are spot on.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that nothing is linked to a job number as it is only tied to the job site, which is something that is not a dealbreaker but causes a bit of inconvenience.

I have to say, the customer support staff is among the best I have ever worked with. Also it is easy to use and understand.
Cons
Well keep in mind that Tenna's quality comes at a price but I wish some of the add-ons they charge for were included in the main modules. It would just make the product better overall.

“The best for equipment tracking
Pros
I highly value the vast amount of information available on the portal. Their customer service team is top-notch and I am impressed by how willing the programming team is to tweak things for our specific needs.
Cons
The integration with our Spectrum accounting system has been slow, but I really appreciate that the implementation team is putting in a lot of effort to make it right.

Pros
Tenna software is a combination of good things. It provides great customer service and solid fleet management. Plus with it, I am able to track maintenance quite easily.
Cons
My only complaint is that I have to create a maintenance request before I can generate a work order. I feel like it is an unnecessary step.

Pros
I really like how easy it is to locate our equipment and tool with it. Also the app is quite simple to use and understand for our field personnel. And the customer service is also unmatched. The staff knows construction inside out and helps us get the most out of Tenna.
Cons
Resource Management Schedule is not easy to use and is not as practical as I expected. Also, I am looking forward to the improvements especially the ability to export and share the schedule. And a better geofence feature that accurately captures work for two different customers in close proximity will be a great addition.

The wide range of of features Tenna offers really helps optimize both our equipment and labor employment.
Cons
Support for Materials and Trucking feels a little immature right now. Also there is an awkward mapping between the job-based structure we use in Vista and the site-based structure in Tenna.

Pros
I am really impressed by the excellent customer service, ease of use and overall functionality. I also enjoy asset tracking, inspection and maintenance reports, organization of equipment and tools, and planning and scheduling for jobs.
Cons
It is a bit expensive. And you must know exactly how many assets you are planning to track which is not easy, mainly if you are constantly adding new ones.
