Not the best, but reasonable

Pros

I like that it is easy to use and has a modern feel.

Cons

Uploading all the info is such a time consuming process, especially if you have both pickup and drop-off locations. It splits them into two separate orders, which annoys me.

Budget-friendly software

Pros

Tookan is a reliable platform for delivering our products. Order tracking is really simple and it saves us a lot of time and effort.

Cons

Customer support definitely needs improvement. They are not flexible at all and don't really seem helpful whenever we contact them.

Great features at a fair price

Pros

The dashboard is great and is very user-friendly. Integrating it with other software is also very easy and the free add-ons are highly beneficial. Customer support is decent too and the pricing is way more affordable than others I have used.

Cons

I have not had any issues with it. It is packed with a lot of great features.

Avoid Tookan, it is a scam!

Pros

I do not like anything about this software. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Cons

They charge a LOT but don't deliver. Every time you reach out, they just ask for more money and never follow through on what they promised. They take weeks to respond to queries and dealing with them is just stressful. Honestly, stay away. This company isn't worth a single star.

Not the same as before

Pros

It used to work perfectly and was easy to use. We faced no issues for over three years, but now the token manager is not working on four different Samsung devices.

Cons

TooKan is not working the way it should, and their support is nowhere to be found.

Worth the price overall

Pros

The app is really easy to use and managing resources is simple. Honestly, I think even my 7 year old could figure it out.

Cons

Even though its functions are pretty basic, but I would still recommend it if you have a small company with limited operations.

Support is awful...

Pros

Great marketing before payment. They made a lot of promises to us but when it comes to solving problems, all they talk about is money.

Cons

No tech support. Zero responses when there is a problem. Also it has lots of functionality issues and it takes forever to fix even the simplest things. I would definitely not recommend it.
