Easy to use

Pros

Transfix software is pretty easy to use and honestly the customer support team has really gone the extra mile to make everything feel perfect or customized specifically to Floyd as a company. And that personal touch literally means the world to us and makes a huge difference. I cannot stress enough how valuable that is.

Cons

I do not really have many issues to share but if I had to point out something, it would be making sure the pickup and delivery dates stay accurate in the portal. Also it is important that OTD and OTP tracking stays spot on just so we are always working with the right info.

Industry-leading TMS backed by great customer support

Pros

The API integration with our current systems has completely streamlined our shipping process. It lets our coordinators set up and tender shipments in just a few clicks while keeping everything 100% accurate. What is even better is the ability to track shipments from the moment they are tendered to delivery updates as it has helped us cut down on missed shipments and act fast when there are delays which keeps our deliveries on time. And features like auction tendering, performance KPIs, instant shipment quotes, routing guides and storing invoices and PODs have all played a part in boosting efficiency. And being able to access TrueView on my phone is a huge plus when managing multiple sites on the move.

Cons

Like you expect with a newer platform that is constantly improving, there are a few small bugs that pop up right after a new feature rolls out. But the TrueView team is pretty quick to jump on those and get them sorted and then they are already focused on the next upgrade. What really stands out is how well they keep us in the loop as every fix and update is clearly communicated which is a big deal and something you don't always see with other software.
