“Great tech support
Pros
It has been a game changer for us. It makes everything easier, from printing cards to making log entries and even correcting them when needed. I love being able to see the entire fleet on one screen , it really gives a clear overall picture of everything.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing that stands out as a big issue for me. One thing I'd love to see though, is a "read-only" feature for some of our outside vendors. Not sure if that's something they've added yet. Also, the work cards could use some tweaking , some have too much detail but I'd rather have more info than not enough.

“Simple to use & flexible
Pros
Traxxall is super easy to use and honestly, it's more affordable than other options out there. The fact that it's highly customizable is a huge bonus for us. We sleep a lot easier now that our maintenance data is safely backed up to the cloud (I've had some rough experiences with data loss in the past). The smart tracking feature is great for ensuring that our maintenance info is spot-on and they're always adding new features and integrations. Overall, we're really happy with what Traxxall offers for our maintenance operations.
Cons
Just my two cents but I think a refresh of the user interface might be a good idea down the road. It could make the experience even better.

“Poor experience overall
Pros
Web-based and pretty easy to use, though not perfect. The customer service is amazing (except for the analyst I worked with , not sure what happened there). Every time we had a feature request, they looked into it or even implemented it pretty quickly. For the most part, the system works well. The sales contact was awesome and I've had really positive interactions with the CEO, President and other management.
Cons
My experience with the Analyst was frustrating. They didn't listen at all. We're a Canadian operator and it felt like they weren't interested in anything to do with CAWIS or TC. The Analyst also had the ability to change things on my machine without asking for my permission, which happened a lot. They even changed my aircraft's status to red for tasks that didn't apply. The whole enrollment process was a nightmare. They didn't do the promised logbook audit, enrolled a bunch of tasks that didn't apply to our aircraft and didn't add any previous compliance for ADs. plus there were a bunch of functionality issues that left me wondering how we were the first ones to notice. For example, the "Due List" shows Engine Hours for engine tasks instead of Airframe hours, which really confuses some users. Also, the "Component" tracking was only for engines and the "rotors" they built for us were totally unusable. If you're a helicopter company and need to track a Main Rotor Hub Assembly, look elsewhere. I'd say the staff really over-sells their aviation knowledge.

“One of the smartest choices
Pros
It is incredibly user-friendly and getting our team trained up was a breeze. The Walk Me feature is awesome. The whole implementation process was thorough and it was clear they really understand my aircraft. They even caught 7 errors from our old tracking system and they provided a detailed report at the end of the setup , that was a huge relief.
Cons
I really wish I had implemented this software three years ago. It would have saved me a lot of headaches.

“Still needs improvement
Pros
I really think Traxxall needs more development in some areas. The training could be better and it would be great if they offered 24/7 support, like they promised. That's something I think they need to work on.
Cons
For functionality, there are a lot of features that are still incomplete in the program. The initial loading of info took about a month per aircraft and there was a lot of missing inventory info when we set everything up.

“Workdays feel really long
Pros
It does what it said it would and I love that I can update everything right from my phone.
Cons
It didn't make my job easier at all. I ended up having to hire someone just to update the aircraft info, which was a big problem.
