“app crashes and dashboard is incomplete
Pros
What I really appreciate is that this platform is built specifically for the trucking industry. After testing several other systems, I truly believe a transportation-focused tool like this is necessary for my operations.
Cons
it falls short on the driver settlement side, it doesn't record year-to-date gross on the learning statements, the mobile app keeps crashing frequently and current active loads and invoices aren't shown on the dashboard.

“Unreliable and frustrating tool
Pros
At first glance, I found the sales pitch very appealing. Everything looked polished and promising when I was introduced to it.
Cons
this tool is meant to be a crucial link into our system, yet the app is extremely unreliable and constantly frustrates my drivers.

“All-in-one dashboard for drivers, loads, invoices
Pros
the program is extremely user-friendly and brings everything into one place. I can look up drivers, monitor invoices, plan routes, track loads and manage daily details from a single dashboard. All driver records are stored centrally, so I don't have to dig through paperwork because everything I need is right there when I open the app.
Cons
haven't found any negatives so far, I can't think of a single drawback. This software feels unique and genuinely aligns my tasks making my workload much easier to manage day to day.

“Good load board integration
Pros
I really like how it connects to load boards and allows me to keep track of drivers easily. Even though I've moved to a different TMS platform, I still consider this one a favorite because of its strong freight-tracking features.
Cons
It became confusing for me at times and it lacks a profit-sharing feature for driver settlements, so the system doesn't compute our actual generated amounts correctly.

“Poor support with slow follow-up
Pros
Honestly, I haven't found anything about this product that works well for me.
Cons
I've learned the hard way that the support team for this tool basically doesn't understand how the software actually works. They outsourced development to a third party, so the 'support' people only cover the very basics and can't troubleshoot deeper issues. I've been dealing with a persistent problem for months and after calling today I'm still waiting because nobody has followed up. It feels like their strategy is to ignore calls and hope users give up which is incredibly frustrating.

Pros
Setting it up was very feasible for me and the 14-day trial gave me full access to every feature. It handles almost everything I need and integrates with many of the other apps I use daily.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I don't like so far. There's even a dedicated portal for my business that lets new drivers easily access their dispatches and payroll.

“Frequent failures and unreliable billing
Pros
If I ever need motivation to go for a run, it's because this app adds so much stress to my day. I don't feel like I have many better alternatives right now which makes it frustrating.
Cons
this tool fails most of the time, customer support replies feel like nonsense, they keep billing my card repeatedly and the whole system doesn't function reliably for me.

“Slow and unclear functionality
Pros
When I struggled with navigation, the support team was incredibly patient and walked me through everything step by step. I really appreciated that level of help.

“Fuel card import is not automatic
Pros
The interface feels clean to me and I especially like the dispatch module. It's powerful and makes route management much easier in my daily workflow.
Cons
I've sent them fuel card spreadsheet templates, yet they refuse to update the system for different fuel cards. The fuel import isn't automatic and as far as I can tell there haven't been any new updates. It feels like they don't care about my feature requests and the factoring functionality could show a lot more detail.

“simple layout, easy training
Pros
As soon as I log in, I feel comfortable because the layout is focused and easy to understand. Within minutes, I know exactly where the main features are. Training new hires is simple since the interface is convenient and whenever something goes wrong, I can reach a real person by phone or chat. Overall, I prefer this program over others and would recommend it.
Cons
When I'm trying to get things done quickly, the performance is the main thing that bugs me, the management side can lag and parts of the system take a noticeable time to load. The IFTA feature seems to make those slowdowns worse, so during those moments the program becomes even more sluggish. It's a great piece of software overall but waiting around for something that should take five minutes to finish and instead stretching to eight can be frustrating especially when I'm pressed for time.

What stood out to me is that it's a fully functional dispatching solution designed specifically for small trucking companies like mine.

“ELD and QuickBooks integration pending
Pros
I find the software modern and clean, with a layout that's easy to navigate. Adding and dispatching a load flows smoothly and in my opinion, it's one of the best systems I've seen.
Cons
I currently use the BigRoad ELD and they assured me integration was coming soon, I really want the ELD to roll up all my miles per load and help with IFTA calculations but I don't expect that feature to arrive any time soon. Full QuickBooks integration which was promised, still hasn't materialized. I also have to uninstall and reinstall the phone app frequently. Because I run a very small company, I'm searching for a complete TMS solution. If things don't improve, I plan to switch providers in 2019.

“Simple signup and easy order management
Pros
Signing up was simple for me and I can set up an order from a single page without confusion. I'm also able to manage accounts alongside my staff without extra hassle.
Cons
The app feels bulky when navigating and using it, I'd like the overall size and interface complexity reduced and I also need more granular permission options so I can better manage accounts with my staff.

“Mobile app freezes, sync and image issues
Pros
I like that it supports multiple users, includes IFTA tools and offers reporting when it functions properly. The mobile app, check calls, routing features, load creation and built-in invoicing all help me handle daily operations more efficiently.
Cons
mobile app is unreliable, it freezes frequently and when I update a load I often have to press ZINC more than once before a dispatcher can see the change on the website. Adding expenses from the app usually doesn't sync to the web and photos uploaded from the app lose so many pixels that dispatchers struggle to read fuel receipts, BOLs and similar documents. The app also fails to notify me when a load is assigned until two or three days later. This isn't limited to one device android phones, tablets and iPhones all show the same issues. The multi-user setup is a nice idea but it lacks granular permission controls like separate rights to create or view invoices, make or delete advances, or run certain reports. Anything involving money seems especially exposed, we had a situation where an employee deleted an advance that had been given to a driver and the owner only discovered it a month later because the advance was missing and it wasn't tracked.

Pros
I can easily track loads, organize expenses by category, monitor driver settlements and generate the reports I need for filing. Customer service has been excellent in my experience and I feel like they truly listen to feedback. The driver mobile app is useful and the pricing feels fair for what I get.
Cons
There are times it doesn't include every option I want but in my experience they usually add missing features when I ask. I have noticed the website can be sluggish at times which can be frustrating when I'm trying to move quickly.

One thing I like is how Promiles is integrated into this program.

What annoys me is that I can't create loads inside the app, I need to log in via the mobile website instead of just using the app.
