TruckX was easy to install and the interface is highly intuitive. Also I love the real-time maintenance and compliance notifications. Plus, their customer service is really helpful and knows their stuff.

Cons

Sometimes syncing it becomes quite difficult, especially when we try doing it with older devices.

“Great ELD choice for truckers

It is not easy to install but quite simple to use too which is perfect for truckers like us. Also it runs smoothly with minimal connectivity issues and is an affordable way to stay FMCSA compliant. The 24/7 support is awesome and the logbook system is spot on.

Cons

One thing I wish for is for the reports to be more customizable. Also, software updates can take a while.

“Stable and user-friendy

Pros

TruckX ELD is so easy to set up and use. Also the app makes it easy for me to track my hours and stay compliant without any difficulty. I even like the real-time notifications, simple logs and smooth navigation as it makes my job so much easier. Plus, their customer support is quick to respond whenever I need help.

Cons

The only issue I've had is that in really remote areas, the GPS signal works little slow. It is not a huge problem and does not affect compliance, plus it usually fixes itself pretty quickly.

“Simple yet highly reliable ELD

As an owner operator, TruckX ELD has made my life way easier. The installation was quick and simple and I was up and running right away. The interface is easy to follow, so tracking my hours is no problem. I also really like the 24/7 customer support as whenever I have a question, I get an answer quickly. The real-time tracking also gives me peace of mind knowing exactly where my truck is.

Cons

At times it slows down, which delays updates. Even though it is not a dealbreaker for us but it can be annoying when I need info fast.

Everything about it is great, but my special appreciation is to the support team member I spoke with. He was a really hardworking and honest person.

I have tried a bunch of ELDs, but nothing beats TruckX. Not only is it really easy to use but the best part is their 24/7 customer service. I 100% recommend it.

It takes a few days to get used to the new layout and features, but once we do, it runs really smoothly.

Everything about this is bad. FMCSA already canceled their wireless ELD, and I am just waiting for my complaint to help shut these scammers down.

What I liked most about this logbook is that it is small, easy to use and actually fits my budget.

They sent me the wrong connection for my truck even after I told them exactly what model I had. My truck only uses one type, so when they messed it up, it really frustrates me.

The only thing I liked is that I could do my logs on my phone but honestly, many others offer that too.

I had a really bad experience with TruckX. When I needed help fixing an issue with a customer, the manager never called me back. Their service has been disappointing, especially when it came to refunds. I had not used their device since June 2022, but because I didn't cancel the service, they kept charging me automatically without my permission. When I finally called to cancel since I no longer have trucks in my company, they told me to return the device which I did without any issues. But when I asked customer service about my refund, they refused, saying I had to cancel within a specific timeframe around my contract date. I even checked their Terms and Conditions and couldn't find anything about this rule. I am asking for my $324 refund and a callback from the manager, but it is been two days and no one has reached out yet. I really hope they do the right thing and return my money.

To be honest I don't like anything about it. They charged my credit card even though I was not using their services.

Cons

Total scam. They charged my credit card $540 even though I was not using their service, and they refused to give me a refund.

“Great choice for driver security

Pros

The HOS Sync works really well between the driver and admin. Their tablet device is also optimized for great network performance. I have tried a lot of other company devices but this one stands out. It is affordable and user-friendly. Definitely worth trying!

Cons

They sometimes add a delivery fee when you send a device for repair or return but at least they refunded my money for the non working device without causing any problem.
