“Best GPS software for small business owners

Pros

Timing is everything for us as a chauffeur service provider and thanks to US Fleet as it makes it easy to pinpoint our chauffeurs locations for clients in real time. Also the tracking is accurate as no vehicles randomly jump around the map. Keeping an eye on individual trips is also simple for us and the whole system is quite user-friendly.

Cons

Not sure if it was due to heat, but we kept having issues with vehicles showing as idling for months, even when they weren't. That was a big problem for us and one of the reasons we switched. Customer service was helpful and tried to fix it but the issue never really went away. I would guess they have upgraded their GPS units since then.

Pros

It is fairly easy to use, unlike other platforms that are overly complicated without any reason. Also, it has proven quite beneficial to me and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

So far, no complaints. Everything works just like I wanted it to be.
