“disappointing service
Pros
I haven't found anything I like about Veryon yet, though FlightDocs used to be great. When a company buys another, they should really keep up the quality of service.
Cons
We never really got to use the service properly because it took over nine weeks to onboard our customer's plane. To make matters worse, the aircraft was initially uploaded under the wrong tail number and no one caught the mistake.

“great for syncing and inventory search
Pros
In my expereince, it's super good. I really appreciate that our pilots can update their times and it automatically syncs with Veryon for real-time due lists. I also like how the inventory search shows results as you type.
Cons
When I export a full parts list, I really wish it included the bin location. It would be so helpful to be able to sort by bin location before exporting.

“Easy search and reports
Pros
It's easy to search for tasks and pull reports to check utilization.
Cons
For engines, we can't see the estimated due date for tracked items directly in the due list, it only shows hours remaining. It doesn't convert that into a date based on daily use. Interestingly, though, if you download the due list, the estimated date does show up there.

“Well-organized dashboard but poor AD/SB handling
Pros
The main dashboard is well-organized and makes it simple to navigate to other parts of the application.
Cons
The process for evaluating Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins isn't very well implemented in the system.

“Better organized than old versions
Pros
It's far better organized than the older versions of FlightDocs Enterprise.
Cons
I'm still noticing missed connections between items that should be linked. For example, when a wheel assembly is changed, related tasks like tire replacement should automatically be linked but they aren't.

“Helpful service but we want more customization
Pros
The customer service is helpful and the product's visual design is clean and professional.
Cons
I'd love more options to customize the system for our needs. I'd also like to see better rotables tracking for units like wheel assemblies that are frequently removed, serviced, and reinstalled.

Pros
I love how user-friendly it is. I also appreciate that I can reach out to the team whenever I need help or have questions about how something works.
Cons
The system tends to freeze often or takes a long time to load. I know you're still improving it but I think the allocation feature, in particular, needs more attention.

“permissions too broad
Pros
Mainly for me I like that I can enjoy the freedom of using the system without always relying on analysts to do things for us. It's user-friendly and easy to get used to.
Cons
I'd prefer if our engine inspections only showed the parent code on the due list, rather than every single child code. I'd also like to see more granular permission breakdowns. For Part 135 and 121 operators, some users need specific permissions without gaining unintended access to others on the same permission string.

It's simple to use and I value that Veryon provides our MELs (Minimum Equipment Lists).
Cons
costs keep going up every year so that's actually why we left CAMP. We've also had recent issues bringing a new aircraft online smoothly.

“Simple and valuable tracking
Pros
The system is very simple and easy to use. The tracking feature is especially valuable for keeping my entire fleet current.
Cons
Customer service isn't what it used to be. I used to know everyone at the company but as they've grown into ATP and now Veryon, things have changed. What used to take five minutes to fix now takes days.

Flightdocs is relatively user-friendly. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to find your way around but customer service has been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed guidance. The program itself is very clear.

“Clear due list and easy orders
Pros
The features that help us the most are the clarity of the maintenance due list, how simple it is to create purchase or repair orders and the ability to easily track components.
Cons
One downside is that the system doesn't track retirement index numbers (RINs) for Bell medium or light helicopters. Adding this would be a huge help for operators.

We track two airplanes in FlightDocs but I mostly use just one. I wish I could set my primary airplane as the default so it autopopulates
