“Works the best for us!

Pros

There are a few things I really like about it such as its efficiency, service level, the great people and the smart solutions they offer.

Cons

For now, I think Wialon mainly offers a wide range of telematics solutions, but we would love to see more IoT devices integrated in the future.

Pros

Wialon is a great telematics platform packed with advanced features and tons of compatible GPS devices. Depending on our clients needs, we only activate the features they ask for to boost the user experience. As their needs change, we are right there supporting our clients with the help of them. The performance is really good and the hosting stays super stable.

Cons

I feel like the user interface could be a bit more modern. As for now it looks a bit outdated.

The flexibility and customization options they offer are amazing. Plus, they even support a wide range of devices and provide strong community backing.

Wialon software is pretty advanced with all its settings, so it took us a little time to get the hang of it.

My main issue with Wialon is that it does not include built-in graphical reporting. Also it has some stability issues and the support is not good too.

Not only does it offer multiple different features but it is also quite flexible to meet our client's requirements. They even offer a great support when in need.

The features it offers are something any competitor can offer, so in this area I find it less competitive among others.

Pros

Any telematics technology you can imagine is available on Wialon. Routing, dispatch, asset tracking even NBio, they have got it all. Plus they support more devices than any other system I've seen. The customer care is fantastic too as they reply to emails on time and have really dependable support materials. Their pricing is also fair compared to other GPS tracking providers and it really works in favor of users with more vehicles.

Cons

The user interface is really poor, as it feels to me like I am using an old Windows 98. It takes me a while to figure out where any feature is and I'm not a fan of the font, design or layout. In short everything just feels too stuffed.

“Just nailed every aspect

Pros

I think Wialon is an amazing, well thought out tool for properly monitoring the status and location of our vehicles. It even gives me detailed reports and helps me make better decisions and analyses, even when unexpected events happen during the workday. Plus, the support and real time connectivity are top-notch.

Cons

To be honest, I do not have anything negative to say about it. I am very satisfied.
