“I am a fan!

Pros

Zeo Route software is really easy to use. I especially the talk to text feature. With over 60 stops, each having its own address, it becomes so much easier to speak the address instead of typing it all out. I also love that it continuously checks to make sure I'll reach upcoming stops on time and alerts me to adjust my route if needed. The floating shortcut dashboard is a great bonus as I do not have to keep switching back to Google Maps.

Cons

Sometimes when I add several stops with specific time commitments to my existing route and then re-optimize with the new stops, the app cannot find a way to get me there on time. If I start over and add all the stops as a completely new route, it works fine. Also, when I am just using the floating shortcut dashboard, the system does not warn me if I'm going to be late for a future stop. It only does that once I mark a stop as completed in the app.

“Great for route planning

Pros

I enjoy how quickly the app gathers and optimizes my route. Plus, it even allows us to make edits on the go during my deliveries.

Cons

I have not found any issues. It is truly a powerful route planner software.

“A must-have app

What I like most about it is its ease of use and clean user interface, which saves me a lot of time. Plus, it also has a lot of helpful features.

Cons

It would be much better if it was available at a reasonable price, though I still see the value in the app.

“My daily deliveries are easier now

Zeo Route Planner is quite user-friendly and serves me well as it accurately estimates my arrival time.

Cons

I wish they bring back the option to reverse the order of stops and let me set a permanent end destination, just like we can with the starting point.

“Works well and is stable

Pros

I love the fact that it is simple to use and importing and exporting data is also so easy with it. Plus being able to pre-assign drivers to specific stops before uploading data is definitely a bonus.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't had any issues at all as it works great and is quite stable.

“Support is non-existent

Pros

It was so easy to set up and even easier to use for my drivers and logistics team.

Cons

One thing I find quite annoying is that I have to manually upload the delivery manifest each day from our system to Zeo. Plus, support requests can go unanswered for days and when they do reply, the answers often don't match my queries.

“Affordable choice

Pros

The value it offers is unbeatable. I was able to get so many features for a very minimal cost. In short, it is definitely the best software I have come across at competitive price.

Cons

Drivers app is overly complicated with too many tabs, and even after paying for the premium fleet version, my drivers still get ads popping up. I hope they soon introduce a simple, clean version for drivers.

“Saves me time!

Pros

Zeo Route Planner always shows me the best route, which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

The interface does not offer many options and the communication feature with the driver definitely needs some improvement.

“The ultimate route planner

Pros

I like that it is really easy to use, reliable and lets me scan addresses quickly.

Cons

I have been having trouble figuring out how to split the screen because I am not a fan of the overlay. You can turn it off, but I'd actually prefer it stayed on and just became transparent.
