Pros
I have nothing good to say right now. Check the dislike section for details. They sent me a FREE upgraded Zubie key but it is completely useless.
Cons
They recently switched from 3G to 4G and the update took a whole week. Now, it records 10 minute trips all day long and they cannot seem to fix it. Also it is disappointing to see things go downhill so fast. The team is nice, but the app has only gotten worse since I joined two years ago and the price keeps going up.

Zubie used to be a great small company when I first started using it but their customer service has almost disappeared now!
Cons
We were told auto-renew was not enabled, yet we got billed for two years, automatically charged to the old credit card. The rep said they changed our terms but then told us, "You have to do that yourself." Devices constantly stop working. Also tied to remove one from our fleet subscription but we still have to pay for another year and a half. When the devices work, the info is somewhat reliable. When they don't, customer service is a nightmare.

“Ideal for small companies”
Pros
The Zubie app is awesome. It works on both Android and iPhone, so anyone in management can check the exact location of every vehicle anytime. We also love how easy it is to track repair status right in the app.
Cons
The mileage and location tracking are not always 100% accurate, but they are usually close. Any business owner should use this as a backup and safety tool, but I would suggest not relying on it completely.
