There aren't really any cons to mention. Everything works well and it's incredibly easy to use. I've been really happy with it and it has made things so much simpler.

Pros

The software portal is really thorough and works logically with how a company's processes go. It's really interactive but it can also handle more complex tasks like a pro. What I like the most is that I can combine all our reports from other certificates like ISO 9001 into 360inControl. This software is a masterpiece especially for bigger organizations but even for a midsize company like ours, it works great. It's adaptable and the support team is really knowledgeable.

Cons

At the moment, I really can't think of any negatives about the software. It's been great so far.

“Perfect for security assessments

It's so easy to use, has tons of use cases, the support is amazing and the reports are perfect for management's needs.

The only thing I regret is that I didn't find 360inControl sooner, as I could have benefited from it for a much longer period. It's been such a great tool. One suggestion would be to add the German BSI Standards which could make it even more simple and useful.

It's incredibly smooth and simple to understand. I can quickly get the hang of it without needing to spend much time figuring things out.

The multilingual support like the French version has been really helpful for our needs. It's great to have this option as it makes the software much more accessible for a wider team.

I love how methodical it is. You can tell that a lot of thought and detail went into making this work for cyber professionals, giving us exactly what we need.

It did take a little time to get used to the tool and fully understand how to use it effectively. However the vendor was supportive and provided the necessary help. Even though it took some time, once I got the hang of it, everything started flowing smoothly.

“My experience with 360Control

Pros

The web UI is so well-organized and it has already done a lot of the work for me. This lets me focus on what really matters.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is that there are a lot of fields in the user interface that aren't mandatory. As a result, there are a lot of empty fields, which can make things feel a bit cluttered. Some of the details might be too much in certain cases, so it would be nice if some of those were streamlined.

“Top choice for corporate governance and compliance

Pros

It really brings all corporate governance topics into one place. It's easy to use and the onboarding process is very fast. After just two half-day workshops, we were already able to move our organization to the next level. The setup and concept give us confidence that this tool will grow with us. We especially love the flexible control library and the excellent reporting for audits and risk management.

Cons

It runs pretty smoothly overall but there are a few areas where the navigation could be improved. In some parts, the usability could be better. For example, it would be helpful to have a multi-select option for one or two fields, as the single-select option doesn't always meet the needs of some use cases.

“Excellent solution and a promising roadmap

Pros

It's a really logical and intuitive way to use the software. I saw the roadmap and I'm excited to see the development of the risk section in 360inControl with lots of new features coming soon. Finally, we have a centralized tool that colleagues from different GRC departments worldwide are using. We've also benefited a lot in terms of corporate memory.

Cons

There are some features missing but I've seen on the roadmap that the team is working on them. For instance, the risk management features are still in progress but it's good to know we won't have to wait long for updates.

“The best in GRC management with 360inControl

Pros

It is easy to use and simple enough to get quick results, whether I'm using the built-in controls or creating my own. Since we started using it, we've saved so much time preparing for ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications. This has given us more time to actually address risks instead of wasting time copying and pasting dozens of Excel sheets.

Cons

The user interface could definitely use some design improvements. Right now, it seems like the focus is more on functionality than design which is fine for the most part. But it would be great to see some more attention to the design aspects to make it feel more polished.
