I find this Internal Control tool incredibly helpful for managing our framework. The interface is interactive and user-friendly, making it simple to monitor control status. The workflow between different lines of defense functions seamlessly! The team behind it is genuinely friendly and responds quickly whenever we have questions or need custom development. They follow up on any issues promptly. We used to rely on email management but this gives us far better visibility and insight into our processes.
Cons
Sometimes development requests take longer than initially anticipated, which can be frustrating when you're waiting for specific features.

“Excellent Third Party Management Tool
Pros
It's accessible and it gives me a solid overview for managing third parties. Managing vendors becomes much simpler since it connects seamlessly with MS Teams and pulls data from multiple sources automatically.
Cons
I wish more companies would adopt this system since it's so comprehensive and that's really my only complaint about it.

I haven't run into any real issues yet but I know every service can have its challenges depending on the situation or user needs. Individual experiences definitely vary and there's always a chance that unexpected problems or limitations might pop up down the road. The team at 3rdRisk is incredibly friendly and helpful and they really think outside the box when it comes to solutions. What I love most is how simple and user-friendly this platform is which makes it truly stand out. When I rolled it out to our customers, everyone picked it up amazingly fast and got excited about using it. The chat feature works brilliantly and makes communication so much smoother. Contract negotiations were smooth too and we can add more users down the road without any extra fees which is a huge plus for our growth plans.
Cons
The platform's name doesn't fully capture what the risk management module actually does and it handles internal risks too, not just what you'd expect. Dashboards could use some work, though I know that's already being addressed. Honestly can't think of anything else that bothers me about it.
