Honestly, setting up for HIPAA compliance was easy. Everything just worked without any complicated steps.

Cons

Setting up the policy is still a lot of work but I'm not sure there's a way around that.

Pros

The platform's super simple to use and our rep always checks in to make sure we're staying on track. Plus, they make onboarding new officers super easy.

Cons

It feels pretty rigid. Compliance is never the most exciting part of the job. While Accountable does a great job of keeping things clear and to the point, making it more engaging could make a big difference.

I love how quickly the team responds to questions, having an expert available is a huge relief. 2) The product is really easy to use and that dashboard is awesome. 3) The whole solution is pretty comprehensive especially being able to send BAAs and other documents straight from the software. Huge win!

The video content is good but after using it for a few years, my team has said it's getting repetitive. They know what to expect now and it's not holding their attention as much.
