Getting around this tool feels very simple. The support team has been excellent and our dedicated rep, Morgan, has been fantastic. She is always available to help us out or walk us through new updates and how to use them.

Right from the start, the support has been prompt and detailed and most of our issues have been taken care of very quickly. We've asked them for quite a few different things and the representative assigned to us has been consistently accommodating every single time. The system is user-friendly, nearly every change we've requested has been simple to put in place and since I'm the primary user spending more than an hour a day in it, I can say our data from several outside sources has integrated well on my end since day one.

We really haven't run into any major problems. We do realize that we aren't using the most comprehensive version of what it offers.

Something that really works well is being able to keep track of safety calls and check-ins.

Searching for specific check-ins isn't very simple.

The layout feels user-friendly and simple to use. Everything needed to manage claims is right at your fingertips and simple to find.

A few screens do feel a bit repetitive but it's not something I'd consider a deal-breaker.

Being able to customize the forms and export reports so effortlessly has been a big plus. Aclaimant has saved us a ton of time especially when end-of-year reporting comes around.

There was a bit of a learning curve during implementation but our implementation specialist was excellent and answered every question we had right away.

Whenever an incident report is sent, multiple people get the email at the same time which helps everyone stay informed right away.

There are more tabs than I'd prefer to open and I wish everything could be brought together in one place.

It gets rid of the stacks of paper forms we used to rely on for health and safety compliance. On top of that, managers can track safety activity clearly through the analytics tools.

It is a highly flexible, customizable platform that helps turn complicated risk information into practical, usable data. On top of that, their customer service is incredible and the team is very open to feedback and keeps working to improve the platform over time.

This product is simple to move around in and keeps all of my incident management tools right where I need them. One of the features I enjoy most is being able to create our OSHA logs.
