Pros
The data model is really flexible which makes it easy to adjust the GRC tool to meet future needs. The user interface is modern and easy to use plus you can customize it to minimize unnecessary data fields based on what you need.
Cons
I haven't found any negative aspects so far. Everything seems to be working great.

“Complete solution for data protection and whistleblowing”
Pros
The structure is very interactive even people without an IT background can get the hang of it quickly. It's a SAS solution, so there's no long wait time for implementation and it's ready to use fast. Plus there are templates to make things easier when working across multiple instances. It also offers clear visualizations of data flows and TOMs, makes managing contract data processors easy (with contract storage included) and has a flexible whistleblowing system.
Cons
I can't set up IP restrictions to allow access only from the company and I also can't connect it to Active Directory. So, I have to manage users separately.
