Pros

Getting it up and running was simple and using it day to day felt very user-friendly. The search is quick and well designed so tracking down archived emails doesn't take much effort. It also works nicely with Outlook and includes dependable compliance and data retention features which gave us real peace of mind. On top of that, their support team and agents were outstanding, friendly, attentive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout.

Nothing specific came up as a downside. Everything performed the way we expected it to.

Found it userfriendly and configuring it didn't take much effort. It pulls up information quickly and creating customized queries is simple and convenient.

When I locate an email and need to send a copy of it, there isn't a way to forward it directly to another email address.

It has been a very powerful automatic system for us and it's much simpler to manage than dealing with Outlook. Once it's in place, the email archiving runs like a set-and-forget solution which has made things a lot more convenient.

Getting everything configured took a bit of troubleshooting at the beginning and I ended up opening a few support tickets along the way. There are also still some features that I'm not completely sure how to use or how they work.

Implementation takes a bit of work but once everything is up and running, it performs well. The interface could also be made more user-friendly.

Whenever issues come up the support team is consistently available and ready to help. There's also an excellent knowledge base we can rely on whenever we get stuck and need to find answers quickly.

Tracking down old emails is quick and simple thanks to the different search options available. If something doesn't show up, it simply isn't in the archive.

Getting it deployed and tied into our on-prem Exchange setup was very simple and day-to-day maintenance has been just as hassle-free.

The Outlook add-in could be more polished. It installs and runs very well on individual workstations and laptops but a big part of our environment is on an RDS farm and the add-in doesn't work quite as reliably there. It still functions but it needs to be reactivated now and then.
