“Quite effective tool

Pros

I love how it can store a ton of documents without any issues.

Cons

I really wish there were tabs between documents to make navigating them easier.

“Smart choice for upgrading to a stronger system

Pros

I'm really happy with how much detail it tracks on entity profiles, compliance tasks and up-to-date transactional data. It's all so easy to access. Plus the new features keep making this the go-to system we were hoping for. It's easy to use, easy to train on and the customer support is top-notch.

Cons

When we were onboarding and implementing, there were a lot of new features and changes released. While all the changes were great for our organization, it was tough to catch up with those who had already been trained. Also, the new way of selecting groups and making some entities private is a bit tricky for me.

It makes it easy to send electronic copies of minute books to clients. I love how efficient it is!

Cons

It would be great if I could send for additional live training to get more help.

We use organizational charts a lot and I can definitely see some room for improvement in this area.

The customer service is amazing. They're quick, reliable and they really listen to feedback, updating the product every week. It's easy to use and I can always find what I need.

Cons

The document automation feature isn't perfect but I'm hopeful it will get better. Also, the entity address fields are kind of confusing and cumbersome to deal with.

“Simple solution for entity docs

Pros

Creating and modifying entities in one place is very easy. It also supports legal document generation, so I can create and store documents using templates. I can even track organizational changes with versioning.

Cons

I think the template development features could be enhanced especially with the ability to add business logic. There are limitations on the existing data fields which makes it hard to add a wide range of business scenarios.

“Automatic document creation and storage

Pros

It saves me so much time by letting me create multiple copies of commonly used legal and business documents. The generation is quick and the template development is very easy. Plus, there's access control to make sure only authorized users can access certain things.

Cons

It doesn't really have the flexibility to add complex codes and logic which some businesses might need for certain requirements. Also, the interview interface could be improved for custom prompts used with undefined field names.

“Unmatched entity management software

Pros

It's amazing. The document automation system is so powerful and the layout and interface are fantastic. The organizational systems for tracking shareholders, directors and more are smooth and I'm beyond impressed.

Cons

There have been a few times when the document automation didn't work correctly or some tasks didn't function properly for a while. But on the bright side, the support team has been absolutely amazing to work with.
