This app has everything I need in a GRC tool. The customer support team made the whole setup process so easy and helped add any extra features I needed.
Cons
It's not really a con, more of a tip, take some time to think about how you set up your global risk universe since it's meant to be used across different modules.

“Must-have tool”
Pros
It's organized and a great tool for tracking all the audits in progress and seeing how projects are moving along. But it's more than just a status reporting tool and I can use it to answer control questions for clients and even use it for quantitative analysis.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't found any cons yet! Every time I needed something for my field work, It had an easy solution.

The setup was quick and I didn't need much training. The system provides real-time information with hardly any need for my team to manually input data, run reports or analyze anything. It helps me manage projects and resources with features like tasks, issues and scheduling.

Pros
The Audit Prodigy team really listens to customer feedback. They genuinely want us to succeed and provide valuable insights on critical features. The solution allows me to quickly access key areas like time reporting, issue tracking and control matrix setup.
Cons
Like with any new system, we had to shift our mindset and move away from doing things the old way. But the team was super helpful with their responsive and flexible customer service which made the transition easier.
