Auditool software is easy to use. The after sales service is efficient and I like the staff as they are very friendly.

So far I have not found any weaknesses with the product.

“A great tool for auditors

Pros

The ease of use is something I like the most about it. Also the software is very comprehensive and allows us to complete an audit from start to finish entirely within the tool such as auditing and note-taking, audit reviews, generating audit and review reports and has many other options too. Also the reports are customizable and there are useful KPIs e.g to track audit progress. Also it links to another risk management software. The support team is very responsive in helping to improve the software.

Cons

It was not very mature until about six months ago so there were bugs and missing features. Since then it has really met my expectations as an auditor and I have no major complaints anymore.

Pros

It is a tool that easily integrates audit matrices with customizable reports capturing audit data like texts, images, screenshots and documents from the auditee. Also it tracks ongoing audits and automatically generates action plans for us.

Cons

I think a few improvements are needed such as projecting results over the short, medium and long term after implementing the recommended actions.

“A simple software that saves time

Pros

Auditool lets us use a control framework in an easy to use interface making it more efficient to document context, findings and recommendations. Plus the best thing about it to me is that it works in offline mode.

Cons

Currently comparing multiple audits is not available but the tool already provides basic reporting in terms of overall compliance rates. Also the Excel export feature allows for customizing the reports as needed. So there is nothing major that I count as a con.

“Responsive and all time available support

Pros

The products scalability is a big plus especially since we want to integrate it with our risk management tool and enhance reporting to upper management.

Cons

I am not aware of any issues from our users.
