The software is easy to use, offers great value for money and the team is very responsive in making the changes we suggested.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to have better user access segmentation where some users only have view access, others can add information and some can delete with viewing restrictions customized to specific areas of interest.

At first the system had limited options for attaching documents but this has improved significantly with the recent updates. So I am pretty ok with everything for now.

I like the ability to quickly communicate with my team through broadcast messages, report incidents fast and manage all related activities from one place.

Well I think it could be useful to have the ability to view incident logs on the mobile app but I also admit that it is a small issue.

It is way too easy to set up and configure yet so effective. In short it is a great tool that has everything we were looking for.

I do not think there is anything that I dislike. As overall it is an excellent system thats highly adaptable to different situations.

The software integrates seamlessly, packed with great features, and is pretty easy to use. Plus it syncs smoothly with the mobile app, ensuring that all our plans, actions and contacts are accessible to all relevant individuals during a disruption, even without an internet connection. Also it is clear that the software is designed with the practical needs of an organization in mind.

Cons

No complaints here from my side especially after the recent updates to the platform.
