Pros
Magic Content puts together compelling copy in just seconds and the WhatsApp automation has doubled the number of customer responses I get. Email deliverability has also been very reliable.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve because the platform includes so many features. Support is dependable during the week but responses tend to be slower on weekends.
