“flexible solution

Pros

It has been exactly what we needed to centralize, manage and control our Information Security policies. It's been adaptable to the changing needs of our business especially as we've switched between different standards and certifications. The crosswalks helped keep things from getting duplicated and the dashboards gave our leadership the right metrics to keep everything on track.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about the product. The support was fantastic and if anything went wrong or if we needed something, the team fixed it quickly or offered alternatives. The only thing I could mention is that the training on all the features could be more comprehensive but that's easily made up for by the level of support we get.

“Very efficient tool!

Pros

I love how it connects all parts of the risk program in one place, and it makes everything super logical. It's a great tool to identify, measure, control and manage risks in a clear and consistent way. It has helped our program mature in ways we never thought possible before.

Cons

I'll get back to you on that. So far, anything that's been missing or lacking is already on their roadmap and is going to be added soon, so I'm not too worried.

“Essential GRC software

Pros

The setup and use of the product were very easy. We made heavy use of the Compliance and Risk Management modules for audit reporting. The team gave us great advice and support while we worked on our ISO 27001 certification.

Cons

One downside is that Policy Management doesn't link to official policy repositories. It would be a great addition if that could be integrated in the future.

“Reliable tool with outstanding customer service

Pros

We're a law firm and we've been working with It for ISO Certification, Access Review and Contract Management. This platform has been a game changer for managing various projects all in one place. We're currently in surveillance audits for ISO 27001 certification and CyberOne's automated access review process has made it so much easier. The best part is that we get access to the full platform at one price which makes budgeting easy. Everything is integrated and we can connect our policies, controls and risk compliance in one place.

Cons

Since the tool is so flexible I occasionally find myself on the wrong page early on during onboarding. But that was just a matter of spending a little time to get familiar with the system and after that, it was smooth sailing.

“Best cutomer support

Pros

I love how versatile the software is especially the ability to customize dashboards to fit our business needs. It's been great for every stage of the audit process and gathering documentation has been very easy. The online training helped me figure out exactly what I needed and the flexibility to grow and adjust without affecting the end result is awesome. Their support team has been amazing, always there to answer questions and ensure the product meets our needs.

Cons

I really can't say anything bad about the software. The developers were quick to respond and resolved any issues we had without any issue.

“CyberOne is amazing!

Pros

We're big fans of the platform's flexibility. It's easy to customize to our specific needs and industry. It's also simple to use and implement, and the fact that it scales well as our customer base grows is impressive. We're confident that It has everything we need to hit our goals.

Cons

Like with any new software, It's not easy to use. But our team adapted pretty well and didn't encounter any major challenges.

Pros

C1 is a groundbreaking compliance solution. The platform makes it so easy to map multiple frameworks to a single control with just one click and it connects to policies to fill in any gaps. The pre-populated crosswalks do all the hard work for us and the evidence repository keeps us from being overwhelmed with evidence requests. The automation makes evidence collection easy and the platform even includes testing and mitigation to keep everything on track without any pre-audit stress.

Cons

I wish we had this system before we bought our last GRC tool. It's so much better! Thankfully, the C1 team does a great job of helping us get value out of what we've already invested in, rather than forcing a major overhaul.

“User friendly software

Pros

It's truly one of a kind. I've been using it for about a year and it's been a huge help. It's super easy to use, affordable and impactful. Plus, the customer service team is amazing and if I have a question, they respond quickly and fix things right away. There's also a helpful reference center for users.

Cons

In the year we've been using this software, anytime something needed fixing, the team was very fast at rolling out updates or bug fixes. It's been really impressive.

“Awesome tool for managing GRC

Pros

It has really automated our governance process, policy, compliance, issue management and especially mapping, evidence collection, and finding mitigation. Our risk team also loves the risk module, risk register and the dashboard reporting capabilities.

Cons

Honestly, no cons here. It's a great product at a great price.

“CyberOne stands out from the rest

Pros

CyberOne's intelligent automation and its all-in-one toolset make it a great asset for managing compliance and prioritizing risks. It helps us work smarter and is supported by excellent training and client service which really sets it apart from other GRC products.

Cons

There aren't really any cons. The training program is interactive, so if something is missing, they quickly add it. That's pretty helpful.
