It offers a compliance and security solution but it falls short when it comes to actually preventing breaches. On top of that, their support team was extremely disappointing and did not handle the integration issues we ran into well.

Cons

It does give some visibility and possible solutions for security incidents but the dashboards still need to be much more data-driven. That would make it easier to understand the problems clearly and work through them more effectively.

This tool hasn't been dependable when it comes to keeping customer data properly maintained and making sure compliance is handled across different domains. The setup process also isn't very simple and in on-premises client environments it takes quite a bit of time to complete.

Cons

Another issue with it is its limited integration with cloud service providers which reduces its ability to pull together and aggregate data effectively.

Using it feels very simple and the functionality it offers helps drive success across multiple areas in a constantly changing environment.

At times, the interface can create integration issues but the support team is available and helps work through them.
