“Automation features add real value
Pros
The customization options for workflows are really helpful and whenever I run into bugs, their support team jumps on it right away to get things sorted out for me.
Cons
Well the checkbox functionality falls short when dealing with complex workflows or when we need specific customizations. Plus at times support team responsiveness can be inconsistent and the quality of help you receive varies quite a bit.

“Great automation tool
Pros
I really like how this streamlines my workflow and automates so many tasks. The risk assessment features are great too and generating documents is much simpler now. The no code approach makes everything more accessible without needing technical expertise.
Cons
The reporting features could definitely use some work though I am hopeful they willl get better with future updates.

Pros
The drag and drop feature is fantastic as it allows me to build things without needing any coding expertise. Plus my team finds it really user friendly since its designed as a no code platform.
Cons
At times it gets pretty slow when I am working with complex structures or detailed design models. And I feel like it would be great if they could improve the performance there. Also the designs feel quite similar to what other users create with the same checkbox options so more customization would be nice.

I am a fan of its drag-and-drop interface. We've managed to automate so many of our workflows with Checkbox and the partners we collaborate with are amazed at how fast things come together. On top of that, their team has given us outstanding support every step of the way.

When I first came across Checkbox it was unfamiliar to me but I picked it up so quickly and was able to weave it into my daily workflow with ease, its interface was simple to follow and the team's support was absolutely fantastic and responsive.
Cons
Although the help page is excellent, I'd appreciate it offering a wider range of guidance for more complex subjects and when I'm assembling documents, for example, clearer instructions or examples on how to implement loops would be really helpful.

“awesome tool and saves time
Pros
I find it really easy to use and it plugs into our existing systems to automatically produce standard-form contracts which cuts down the time I spend reviewing and drafting as part of my in-house legal role.
Cons
While every new app has occasional glitches, I've found that bugs pop up sometimes but their team is fantastic and they recognize how critical it is to resolve these issues fast because they affect our business.

I've found that automating routine work is crucial in an in-house legal role and it frees my team up to be far more productive on tasks that actually add value.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about, our apps are quite complex so I accept they need an expert to build them and that's really the only issue I'd mention. I still think it's an excellent system.

“Amazing and clear support team
Pros
I am really impressed by the support team, they're outstanding! Our main contact, John, explains things in plain language and walks me through solutions step by step making everything simple to understand and follow with us.
Cons
Overall the platform is simple to use but because I am not very technical I often need extra time to figure things out ,this is particularly true if I step away for a while and then try to pick it up again.

“flexible and fun to build apps
Pros
What I love most about this tool is how flexible it is. I can build a huge range of forms and create workflows that actually solve different business problems. Using it is enjoyable and the app studio is laid out really well so I don't get bogged down. Also the support staff has been fantastic, whenever I have questions they walk me through options and even suggest alternative approaches when a direct solution isn't available.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is the limited options for customizing the forms which makes it tricky to get creative with the front-end appearance of the pages. A few of the more powerful features also difficult to use, so it can take me a bit to get comfortable using them, that said, I can always rely on customer support to jump in and guide me through when I get stuck.

even power users only need a brief amount of training before they can design processes that enable automation. The Checkbox team are outstanding, I've seen their deep system knowledge in action when they fix problems. They pay attention to client feedback so the product keeps improving steadily.
