“My experience with Clearity

Pros

Clearity gives us a single platform to send security and risk assessments to our potential vendors who need a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) under HIPAA. It's really useful because the vendor is responsible for completing it before we send the BAA. This gives us a chance to discuss any necessary fixes before finalizing contracts. Plus, the platform makes it easy for Beacon Health to share this data when being assessed by external auditors and we've gotten great feedback from the assessors.

Cons

As far as I know, there aren't any cons worth mentioning.

It really helps us manage assessments and work with our clients on corrective actions and reporting.

Cons

The dashboards and user interface are great but I'd love to see more customization options for the assessment questions.
