“Designed for both users and admins

Pros

I find the interface really simple and easy to use whether I'm on the admin side or the user side. With a little coding knowledge, setting up detailed checks is super easy. The features I really appreciate are the version control with the audit trail and the ability to restore previous versions which is available to the user.

Cons

It would be really helpful if the system had in-app help whenever errors pop up. That way, I wouldn't have to rely solely on the support team. Maybe an AI version could analyze the file and suggest controls. Also the reporting could use some improvements especially with the limitations on exporting in certain cases.

“Amazing customer support!

Pros

The support services are top-notch! This tool does exactly what we need and we even get to suggest new features for future updates. It's not too expensive considering what it offers and upgrading it is easy.

Cons

No major cons. the support team is amazing! I think the ADM could also be improved a bit.
