Commenda is the best platform I've used for my clients. they are super easy to work with. They respond on time and they are straight to the point.

Something that really stands out is how adaptable they are and how quickly they can react, even when the timeline is very tight.

Certain areas of the business can feel a little segmented. That wasn't really a problem on my side since we work with similar setups due to fiscal representative requirements. Still, they do frequently depend on third parties to handle filings for us.

Working with it on our incorporation felt very reassuring from start to finish. The team and especially our main contact Roshni, stayed professional the entire time. What really gave us confidence was the way they managed the more unusual parts of our case like arranging DSC issuance for a director based in Japan and handling the added requirements that come with majority foreign ownership. They approached every issue patiently and took the time to explain why each step was necessary which mattered a lot since we were complete beginners when it came to Indian company law.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to criticize. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that it is priced a bit higher than some of the other incorporation providers we considered. Still, considering how professional the team was and the level of support they provided, it felt justified, we always felt like we were in capable hands during a process we had no prior experience with.

Collaborating with them for our US startup's compliance platform and tax services has been a really positive experience. Their team responds quickly and has been very helpful whenever questions come up especially while we were learning the ins and outs of US tax and compliance requirements. Overall, they've been a dependable partner for our ongoing compliance needs in the US. We'd definitely recommend Commenda's services and software tool for handling day-to-day compliance tasks efficiently.

It's helpful having one central hub for all of our compliance documents and tax filings since it keeps everything organized and easier to monitor. One thing that could be better though, is the user experience, for example, showing only the items or actions that are actually relevant to the user. It could also feel more user-friendly and take fewer clicks to get things done.

Pros

More than anything, the responsiveness and hands-on support from the team have made a huge difference. Bryce and Clifford have been fantastic when it comes to guiding us through complicated, state-specific compliance matters, whether it's registrations or audits. It feels like a lot more than paying for software, it genuinely feels like we have a compliance team behind us.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. If I had to point to anything, it's that we sometimes need to keep up with follow-ups and now and then smaller items can slip through on our side.

The portal is simple to navigate and the customer service has been excellent whenever needed.

Having everything handled in one place was a big advantage. They acted as both our finance and compliance partner so we never had to bring in any other consultants. Yes, definitely.

The platform still has room for improvement. A few features didn't feel very user-friendly to me and I ended up relying more on email conversations with the team to coordinate the work.

Getting started with it as a first-time founder has been a really positive experience. The team has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever I've needed anything. I especially appreciate my account managers, they're not just genuinely kind and pleasant to work with but also very professional and knowledgeable. Their support has made the entire process feel much more manageable and the way they communicate has consistently made me feel backed up. The initial setup was also very simple which made onboarding even better. I've already recommended it several times and would be happy to keep recommending it.

The only small thing I'd point out is that the dashboard could be a bit more user-friendly and visually clearer. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints.

Right from the start, it has been a fantastic choice for us. The dashboard is incredibly useful and gives me a clear, complete view of where the company stands at any moment. Their team has also been amazingly responsive and supportive whenever needed. Having everything managed in one place is a huge plus because it frees me up to focus on the priorities that matter most. The setup was also very simple which made onboarding even better since it was our first choice from day one.

It's beta platform feels very well organized. It has a nice balance of self-serve tools and real human interaction which makes the whole process both interesting and practical. I especially value how clearly it spells out what's expected from my side so I always feel informed and in control. Once everything is ready, they blend AI with human support in a really smart way, the AI checks documents to make sure everything is in order, while a person is there to handle specific questions. The whole experience feels thoughtfully designed and refreshingly free of frustration.

If I had to point out anything, the time between paying for the product and actually starting onboarding could have been a bit shorter. That said, it's a very minor complaint and I don't really have any major issues with the experience.
