Being able to log all of my evidence in one place, understand my requirements clearly and see exactly which controls need attention when I'm working through and submitting evidence has been really helpful. I also appreciate that they handle the auditor relationship and coordinate the audit on my behalf. Overall, the platform keeps compliance evidence collection and submission organized in a very simple way.

Cons

Certain areas of the platform can still feel a bit confusing, mostly because compliance itself remains a complicated space. I've also seen cases where the AI seems to overstate what's required to finish a task or submit evidence so I usually rely on my own AI to double-check the frameworks and make sure the requests aren't being exaggerated.

Pros

It has been really useful for collecting all the evidence needed for a specific compliance framework while keeping our team, device fleet and the rest of our setup aligned with the requirements. Their team is also very responsive and quick to help whenever there's a deadline to meet.

Early on, we ran into a few small bugs while wrapping up background checks for some team members but their team responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints.

it felt very simple and efficient to get our SOC 2 certification with it especially for a smaller company like ours. The platform let us handle most of the process on our own, without needing much additional support along the way.

There were moments when we had to input the same information multiple times in different sections which felt a bit redundant and unnecessary.

Getting ISO certified with it happened much faster than I expected and we avoided all the meetings that usually come with traditional agencies. The whole process felt much more organized and ended up taking only about six weeks. It was helpful being able to move through the platform on our own without needing outside calls, while still having support available through Slack whenever we needed it, with really strong communication. The platform itself is simple to use and keeps everything in one place so it's easy to see what's finished, what's still pending and how the overall progress is tracking. The sales process was organized as well and it delivered within the timeline we were aiming for.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. If anything, the overall visibility into timing could be improved a bit. It would be helpful to understand more clearly what needs to be completed each week and how many weeks are left in the project.

Keeping compliance affordable and simple is where it really delivers. The AI automation saves a huge amount of time by cutting out hours of manual work which has been a big help. The Slack channel is another standout because whenever I have questions, I get answers incredibly fast and the team is genuinely helpful and understands what actually makes sense for my company. The automation is also very simple to connect and follow and it takes care of most compliance issues automatically. When something does need manual attention, the platform explains clearly what needs to be done to become compliant. On top of that, the initial setup was excellent, the team supported me from start to finish and the whole process moved incredibly quickly. As a very small team, I really appreciate how much care and support Comp AI gives us, no matter our company size.

Cons

The main thing I'd want to see is more integrations added over time because the existing ones are really valuable. When an integration is missing, you end up having to collect the proof yourself and that can take quite a while. So if anything, I'd say expanding integrations would make the product even better.

Pros

Running this AI-native GRC platform feels like finally getting the modern version of all the things older tools made unnecessarily frustrating. Features that used to make me think, "seriously, this still works like this?" are handled here the way you'd expect today. On top of the automation, robots and agents, there's also an outstanding support team behind it that replies almost immediately.

The UX is clean and simple, without being packed with confusing jargon. Pricing feels fair and the integrations work the way you'd expect them to.

It has helped us secure compliance certificates for our platform, essam.ai which has opened up a lot of market opportunities by building trust. The customer support is quick to respond and they guided us through the whole process while answering every question we had. The platform itself is simple to navigate, the team is approachable and the initial setup went quite smoothly especially with their support along the way.

Every now and then, there are a few minor UI hiccups but they're not serious enough to cause real problems and the team moves very quickly to get them fixed.

Found it easy to use and the platform has been a pleasure to use. Their customer support responds quickly which has made the whole experience even better. Using Comp AI for our SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA frameworks has been excellent. I've especially appreciated the automation around evidence collection and policy creation, both of which have been very accurate and reliable. The speed at which we've been able to move toward compliance has been impressive and the automated evidence gathering has worked extremely well.

The only area I'd suggest improving is the background check process since we're still relying on an outside provider for that part.

Right from the start, the team has been highly responsive and the platform feels simple to use and easy to navigate. Getting the connectors set up and putting monitoring in place was simple. The audit process itself went smoothly and both the audit team and support team were helpful throughout the entire journey.

At this point, I haven't noticed any downsides. The overall experience has been very positive so far.

Getting through compliance felt far less overwhelming with it. It saves a lot of time and manual effort and the platform is very user-friendly. Their support team is also quick to respond which made a big difference. We managed to finish our SOC2 Type 2 compliance in only 90 days and there's no way we could have moved that fast without it. That clarity makes the requirements much easier to grasp and a lot more simple to put in place efficiently. On top of that, the automation provides useful, actionable direction on what should be fixed which is especially valuable for keeping compliance on track as the system changes over time.

Overall, these are pretty minor concerns but there are times when some automations fail at random. I'd also love to see stronger GDPR support, starting with training. It already offers really strong GDPR training content so having a way to assign those trainings to users directly from the portal would make the platform even better.
