“Excellent tool for managing file versions

Pros

After deployment, all the files and folders I'm monitoring are protected and I can always access previous versions of the files. It integrates smoothly with Active Directory. Plus, I have the option to add an extra security layer by requiring network authentication before I can use a managed application.

Cons

During our organization's deployment, we were told that transferring historic data from our current platform to the newest version isn't an easy task. When I monitor a file server, the files are displayed in a list model that includes files from all subfolders, making it hard to use and find what I'm looking for. The search function on this list doesn't always locate the files either.
