It's very easy to use. It has an clean design and I was up and running in no time. It's scalable and the support is fantastic, helping us meet our business needs.

Cons

There are some limitations on the types of forms an organization can upload but it's manageable.

I love how user friendly it is to use and the features really help with both integrating and managing GRC. It's been a great tool for us.

It meets about 90% of our needs as an MSP. We've provided feedback for improvements and they always value it and respond quickly which is great.

Pros

It seems like companies never want to invest in Compliance until it's almost too late. It, though has a much better workflow than other tools that try to force compliance into a different system. Plus, it's affordable. My team even though we're working with partial FTEs, is way more efficient now than with our old processes.

Cons

I've seen similar products where users can fill out a tokenized form directly from their email without needing to log in. I think that would be a nice feature to add here.

Pros

It is a powerful and easy-to-use tool. It's helped us stay on top of compliance issues and the flexibility even lets us track IT contracts. It's been a real game-changer.

Cons

The biggest con was that we waited too long to install it and totally our fault. If we'd started using this tool earlier, we would've been in a much better position to track and manage our compliance issues.

Navigating the app is so easy and it's made documenting security risk assessments much simpler.

Cons

So far, I haven't find anything in the various components that's not editable. It's been really helpful for managing my HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance documentation.
