Getting started with third-party vendor due diligence for compliance felt much more manageable because the team took the time to walk us through the workflow and show us how to finish everything within the required timeline. The report included in the security assessment also turned out to be valuable for satisfying both client expectations and audit needs.

Cons

Using the system was somewhat challenging, mainly because the interface was not very user-friendly. We also saw that the follow-up communication from the security assessment team to our customers was not especially effective so we ended up taking over all of that outreach ourselves. Over time, it also became clear that the security assessment reports were not always pointing to the right documents and were frequently recycled from earlier reports which meant each vendor assessment lacked the level of customization we expected.
