Considering Conservice? Just do it!

Pros

I really love that Conservice takes away the stress of paying and keeping track of certain utilities. It's such a relief to not have to worry about it anymore.

Cons

This product is amazing especially considering the price. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it and it's been a great experience so far.

Perfectly automated and defined EGS management

Pros

Generating reports is super quick and the dashboard gives a clear picture of all the data. The platform handles large amounts of data easily which is great and the user interface is easy to use.

Cons

It's a cloud-based platform which is awesome but I do think the desktop version could use some improvements to make it even better.

Best so far!

Pros

Goby's technology is seriously impressive but what really sets it apart is the team behind it. They make all the difference with their support and expertise.

Cons

If I had to pick just one thing, I'd say I wish it had a procurement engine. It would make the whole process even more complete.

Top-notch software for AP professionals

Pros

Thanks to Conservice, we've seen a huge reduction in payment errors and late fees which is such a big help in keeping everything running smoothly.

Cons

It does take some time to configure. Expectations were set from the beginning but it's still important for people to know this up front so they're not caught off guard.

Simplifies AP reporting for my clients

Pros

Before conservice, my client's AP team was really overwhelmed with entering all invoices into the ERP system manually. The automation has made such a big difference, making the process so much quicker and freeing up their time!

Cons

The initial rollout of the software does take a decent amount of time and investment but looking back, it was definitely worth it. The benefits we've seen make it all worthwhile.

Automates & submits reports with ease

Pros

One thing I absolutely love is how It helps us present our waste disposal reports to our mutual clients. It makes the whole process so much easier and more professional.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about It right now. It's been working smoothly for us.

Handling with Conservice

Pros

Using this tool has seriously made my workday so much easier especially with the automated accounts payable feature. I now have so much more time in the day because I don't have to manually enter data anymore. The validation tool is also amazing at catching errors in our invoices, saving me so much time correcting mistakes. I'm spending way less time reviewing invoices. And because everything is cloud-based, I can access everything from anywhere which helps me make better decisions on the go.

Cons

Our company hasn't faced any issues using the platform so far. There was some worry at the start about how long it might take to implement the solution but we quickly got Goby up and running. The accounting team was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use.

Excellent management of sustainability services

Pros

The uniform application across all our office properties has really improved accuracy and shortened timelines. Plus the reporting is incredibly useful and it's been a game changer for us.
